If you are on regular medication this can be requested in person at the surgery, by post if you enclose a SAE or through NHS Wales App via the link at the top of this page (once registered - see appointment tab for further advice).

It will normally take us 48 hours to process your request.  Please allow 3 working days for your prescription to be available at the Pharmacy if you have chosen this method of collection.

We regret that we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions as these can lead to error and may block the telephone for other patients.

If you are receiving repeat medication you will be required to have a medication review every 6-12 months depending on the medication you are on. This is important to ensure that the medication is working correctly (or is not causing a reaction) and for the clinician to assess whether other medication would be better for you.

When your medication review is due you will see a reminder on your prescription -"Review Date". When you see this message on your script, please ring the reception or call in to make a routine appointment with our Pharmacist or a GP. When you request repeat medication and your medication review is due you will be asked to make an appointment.
